I bought three of these for my new granddaughter. I had something similar for my kids when they were babies, called Pelican Bib, and they were awesome, so I didn't hesitate to order these. They were a major disappointment. This bib is way too short, so it's always in the wrong place at the wrong time. We tried one a couple of times, hoping it would work, two of them we never used, and now they're all going to Salvation Army.
The design is a great idea, but this particular interpretation missed the mark.

We've got a drawer full of bibs, but these are the bibs that our 4-year old daughter and 1.5-year old son use for every meal. If you're looking to keep clothes 100% clean, you'll need a bigger bib (or even a shirt bib), but we love these because they catch a majority of what our kids tend to drop and they're super easy to rinse off between meals. Best of all, they're free of all those nasty chemicals that tend to pop up in other plastic baby items (phthalate ; lead, among others). I'm buying another for baby 3, and will also purchase a set for Grandma ; Grandpa. (Well, Grandpa probably won't want to wear his, but maybe he can put it on the kids when they visit. :-)
